FFL TRansfer policy

Appointment only. External purchase transfer fee is $60 per firearm. If paying in cash, please bring exact amount (cannot guarantee change). Digital payment’s also accepted.

ATTENTION: Do not follow tracking of your transfer to the store. Please wait until we call you and tell you your transfer is ready for pickup. We receive many guns each week that have to be booked into our system in the order in which they are received. If it has not been 48 hours and you come to our location to pickup your transfer before we contact you, you will be turned away.

1. STEP 1: Purchase your firearm online.
2. STEP 2: Give your seller this email LLDefenseSolutions@gmail.com so they can receive our FFL.
3. STEP 3: Wait for us to contact you and schedule your pickup time once your firearm has been received and logged in.  (Check in time may take up to 2 business days to check in once delivered.)  
4. STEP 4: Once we contact you with a pick up time, come to our location, at your scheduled time with your valid photo ID. ID MUST have current physical address.
5. STEP 5: A background check will be conducted and a Form 4473 will be completed. This requires an approval from FDLE prior to transferring any firearm or serialized receiver.

• We DO NOT accept firearms from non-FFL’s.

Terms and Conditions

• The person listed on the packing slip or transfer invoice is the only one able to pick up the firearm.  Minors are prohibited from doing FFL Transfers.
• 18-21 year old customers will be delayed by the NICS system automatically for a minimum of 10 days. This is a new federal law (Dec. 2022), and is not optional.
• Any customer that does not possess a valid concealed weapons permit and is not trading in a firearm must wait (5) business days before being eligible to take possession of the firearm. The (5) day wait begins once payment for the firearm is rendered with the retailer.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipper sends us a FFL and a bill of sale with purchaser’s name and phone number listed.  No transfer will be picked up before we receive these items.  We are required by law to obtain these items the same day as we receive the firearm.   
• If we do not receive the bill of sale and FFL with the firearm shipment, we charge a $20 RESEARCH FEE.  This fee will be paid prior to pickup.  We cannot guarantee your retailer of choice will reimburse this fee.
• We will hold the firearm in inventory for 20 Days unless otherwise agreed upon.  If you do not pick up the firearm within that time period, a Required Storage Fee will be assessed for the following days after ($10.00 per day).  After 30 Days, the firearm will become legal property of L&L Defense Solutions LLC and no recourse will be owed to the customer.
• If a customer sends a firearm to us for transfer and the customer is DENIED on their FDLE background check, the customer is responsible for disputing this with FDLE.  Additionally, the customer is responsible for return shipping arrangements by providing either the shipping label or costs associated with return shipment. We will NOT pay to ship your firearm back to the seller. If no assistance from the customer is provided within 30 days, the firearm will become legal property of L&L Defense Solutions LLC and no recourse will be owed to the customer.

• *PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing a Gun for someone else, even online is illegal and considered a “Straw Purchase.”  If you are not the actual transferee/buyer, we cannot transfer the firearm(s) to you under U.S.C. 922(g), (n) or (x).  To learn more about Straw Purchases please click the link here.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any FFL Transfer at our discretion or if we feel illegal activity is being conducted.  Illegal activity is reported to the ATF & Local Law Enforcement Agency’s.
